Q: I cannot unscrew the pump to open it for use. The whole pump just spins.

A: Marianne, Hold the cap portion at top of bottle with one hand so it will not spin. Then turn the spout portion to left and it will pop up.
submitted byDesigningInTexas - 5 years agoA: There is a small cap portion that is about the size of a nickel right at the base (not the bigger quarter-sized portion). Hold that smaller part in place and turn the spout counterclockwise.

Scent is great. We love the citrus & verbena one too. No dry skin after using it. Presentation is super classy in the glass bottle w beautiful label and decorative tassel. While more expensive, consider the ounces are more than is typical plus it’s not plastic. It doesn’t take much to make a nice lather and it lasts for months at our house even in the bathroom that gets the most traffic. All of this makes it well worth the cost.

I was so excited to receive this soap because the bottle is so cute, but it does not smell good at all. I thought I’d be pretty safe with sea salt and coconut scent, but it stinks! It smells like the chemicals when you walk into a nail salon. Super bummed because I was excited about this.

The packaging is beautiful and eco friendly. The scent is wonderful and most importantly for me it’s the only soap I have found in recent years that doesn’t irritate my super sensitive skin. It’s concentrated so a little goes a long way making it a value. Please Target- make this available again!

This is the best hand soap. It has a nice light scent and I never had trouble with the pump not working. I went through several bottles and different fragrances and loved every one. It had oils soo want drying and actually left my hands feeling soft after each wash. I am so disappointed that I can’t get it anymore.

This hand soap is the best I’ve ever tried: doesn’t dry out my hands, amazing clean scents, all packaged in a beautiful glass bottle with a tassel. I’ve gotten friends and family hooked on it, and now my local target doesn’t carry it! Please bring it back or offer it online!!!

Hi, fellow Target shoppers-- We got this hand soap for a guest bathroom. It comes in a glass jar with plastic pump, lathers well, smells pleasant and fancies up our vanity. Plus, who doesn't love a decorative tassel? Well, if you don't, it's removable. I recommend. Enjoy!

Beautiful bottle, but for the price and scent name: “sea salt and coconut”, I would have expected a) a pump that works correctly and b) a soap that smells different than generic public bathroom hand soap. I was unimpressed on both fronts.

I love this soap. It smells great. Not too strong. Leaves your hands feeling moist, unlike the Meyers which dries out my skin. I can’t see why people didn’t like it. I’m literally on my 50th bottle. Wish they had a refill. The bottle also classes up my bathrooms.
