To enhance the experience, we’ve added only cane sugar and gum arabic, creating a well-balanced sweetness and a satisfying, rich texture. Traditional espresso martini can be tricky to get right at home, especially when aiming for that signature crema on top. Thanks to our thoughtfully selected coffee and the natural emulsifying properties of gum arabic, you can now achieve a velvety, foamy texture with just a simple shake.
