A: It states 12 serving per container but that would be equal to 2oz. per serving. The box is 24oz. so if you want a 1cup serving there would only be 3 servings per box as 8oz. is equal to 1 cup.

"Cheerios Oat Crunch, Oats N Honey" was the greatest cereal ever!!! But, all of a sudden, the flavor is very different. Its horrible now. I am so crushed. To have found an amazing cereal, then to have the company make such a gross change to its recipe...Please bring back the original recipe!!!

Please get rid of the Red 40 and Blue 1 food dyes. I was so excited that Cheerios made a fruit flavored product that is supposedly a healthier alternative to Froot Loops, I was so disappointed to see the food dyes. The food dyes irritate my stomach.

I love cinnamon and this cereal did not disappoint. With 8 grams of protein in each serving, Cinnamon Cheerios are a great way to start the day. I enjoyed the crunch and did not “taste” the protein. (Sometime protein products can have a chalky texture or flavor, but this did not.) This was great to snack on for both on-the-go breakfasts when I’m running late (which is frequently) and as a pick-me-up with my afternoon coffee at work. This is a great quality product that provides just the right amount of fullness. I will absolutely be purchasing more protein Cheerios, especially the cinnamon flavor, for my preferred snack.

I was nervous that they may taste dry, stale, or have a weird aftertaste in association with the protein aspect of things. But these tasted like regular Cheerios, and even better with some oat milk! The cinnamon is not a flavor I would normally buy but it was light and sweet without being too sweet like Cinnamon Toast Crunch for example.

They are crunchy, I like to eat them without anything, but it's possible to eat them with any kinds of milk or with juice. The packaging is beautiful and let keep them fresh during some time between using. It has quite big amount of protein and really good for breakfast.

The strawberry flavor is refreshing and it actually taste like strawberries. I also like it because the first ingredient is whole grain oats and I am never good at meeting my daily goal for whole grains. Another great thing about these Cheerios is that each serving contains 8 grams of protein. I try to eat a lot of protein in the morning because it gives me energy and it keeps me feeling good throughout the day. 8 grams of protein is a good amount for me. Usually when I eat stuff with a lot of protein it is dry and hard to eat. This cereal is easy to eat and it helps me easily reach my daily intake of protein goals. It does contain GMOs which I imagine would be a deal breaker for some people. However, I don’t have any concerns about GMOs. Overall, I am extremely happy that I was given the opportunity to try this product. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants an easy way to meet daily protein and whole grain goals. I will definitely be purchasing this cereal in the future.

Add in some high protein milk and it’s a good snack to satisfy your sweet tooth. It does not have the cardboard or sawdust texture like most protein cereals have. I can’t wait to try the other flavors because this was a 10/10 for me.
