A: If “Reset” appears and beeping, there may be hair tangled. Turn off the curler, remove tangled hair slowly, and make sure any excess hair is cleaned from the barrel. Turn device back on and use again.

A: It usually takes me about 2 hours to curl my hair and I have thick hair. Using this tool it reduced it to about 40 min it takes like 15 sec each curl if you do it once and the curls stay all day maybe overnight and without hairspray as well

My favorite feature is how the barrel is inside and basically it's not hot enough to burn you! I've been burned so many times by a classic curling iron that this one takes away that fear! I think this would be perfect for girls learning to curl their hair. This would be the perfect gift!

bought this kind of on a whim. I don't use curling irons, aside from the one time I mistakenly decided (again) to chip my hair to a bob and hard to curl the ends. the idea of curling my long hair stresses me out and I won't even try. Long story, but I started researching "beachwaver" irons before a wedding I'm attending tomorrow, and I found this instead. I have really straight hair. i used to low setting and 15 seconds in the timer. the first 4 photos are right after cooling and loosening curls with my fingers. The last 2 photos are 2 hours later when I brushed it out. No risk of burning myself. No crimp marks. no worrying how I'm wrapping it when I can't see it. No concern whether I've been holding it too long or not long enough. The other alternative is I put my hair in a bun for a couple hours, but this wave lasts longer.
