Makes it so easy to get beautiful long curls and cut the time from a regular curling iron. It’s simple to use, I like the spinning feature. Tells you when your hair is ready by beeping. Nope not at all save your money people

I would return it if I could. I have long hair and all it does is tangled and stop. I have tried and tried to use it.

I use this product everyday and I absolutely love it. I have long hair and I can curl my whole head of hair in no time flat and the curls stay!

Does not work on my hair

Even if you don't want curls, gives hair so much body it looks twice as thick.

I wanted to love this, but knew that it might not work well for me due to the thickness of my hair. I had to section my hair into such small portions to get it to wrap around the barrel correctly and it would jam up frequently increasing curl time drastically. I also tried it out on my daughter and she was over it before I was halfway through her hair, begging me to go back to the curling wand because this would jam up and pull her hair. We eventually got rid of it because it wasn't worth the hassle.

Before I purchased and read reviews and finaly decided to purchase was super excited to try it ,I have only used a handful of times and at different temperatures but each time i use it completly dried hair out and had a burning smell to it ,I contacted store I purchased and was told because I used it 3 times I could not return so unfortunately I have a curler that I can't use I really do wish it was different

I have had this iron less than a year and the on/off button has broke, and iron will not turn on

Kinda hard to get thick hair into it but other than that, I love it.

This product is not easy to use. I wouldn't recommend this to a friend. For context, I have hair that goes just past my shoulders, and I have layers as well. Because of this, trying to curl my hair with this product is very difficult and frustrating. Another thing that I don't enjoy is that if you try curling your hair with this when your hair is frizzy and/or tangled, it is almost guaranteed that this will not work for you. My hair is often frizzy, so when I tried curling my hair, it took at least 10 minutes for one piece of hair to curl. Not to mention that the curl was only at the bottom of the piece of hair. My final complaint about this product is that it takes such a long time to curl lots of hair. I have thick hair, so yes it is going to take me longer to do my hair, but why does it take a minimum of 5 minutes to curl small piece of hair? With those factors considered, those are the reasons why I do not enjoy this product, and why I wouldn't recommend this to a friend.

I loved the way this did my hair but after only 6 uses the power button failed.

Great curling iron! Especially if you have trouble holding a curling iron for long periods of time over your head (yes this is a bit heavy, but it cuts the time by so much that I don't cramp up).. If there is 1 negative, it's that because the heated center area is so compact, if you have very long hair (mine is 26in. ish, both my natural and long term virgin remy extension hair).. then you may want to curl each section 2x for very tight curls, I do 1x allowing the whole section from root to tip to get curled, then I'll go again starting around mid length.. I also LOVE that I can just hit a button and not even think about which way to curl it(unless im curling each section 2x), as it'll alternate each time.. seriously saves me about 45mins or more!!!

I looovvee this thing! I tried 3 other types of curlers and this one is by far superior! Saves me so much time and never pulls or gets tangled! I’d highly recommend 💃

i put it in and the hair got stuck and it tangled i had to cut it but i did a curl before it and it was pretty good.

I purchased this product because I cannot curl my hair to save my life. Initially, I did the curls without reading the instructions. But after I read the instructions the curls got better. I say practice.
