  • A: If “Reset” appears and beeping, there may be hair tangled. Turn off the curler, remove tangled hair slowly, and make sure any excess hair is cleaned from the barrel. Turn device back on and use again.

  • A: It usually takes me about 2 hours to curl my hair and I have thick hair. Using this tool it reduced it to about 40 min it takes like 15 sec each curl if you do it once and the curls stay all day maybe overnight and without hairspray as well

    I loveeeeeeee this iron it is soososososososooo easy to use

    This iron is soo simple but creates the prettiest curls. My hair does not cooperate with any other curling iron, especially heatless.

    Easiest way to curl hair

    I had the previous generation of the Chi automatic curling iron from 2015. This one is even better! I can get my whole head curled in under 5 mins. Perfect for a quick morning routine. #sweepstakes

    Curl, you have got to try this!

    I have long hair past my shoulders. I was trying to find something better than a regular curling iron. I found it in the CHI spin & curl. Makes it so easy to get beautiful long curls and cut the time from a regular curling iron. It’s simple to use, I like the spinning feature. Tells you when your hair is ready by beeping.     I would not buy this again

    I would return it if I could. I have long hair and all it does is tangled and stop. I have tried and tried to use it.

    Not for thick hair

    I wanted to love this, but knew that it might not work well for me due to the thickness of my hair. I had to section my hair into such small portions to get it to wrap around the barrel correctly and it would jam up frequently increasing curl time drastically. I also tried it out on my daughter and she was over it before I was halfway through her hair, begging me to go back to the curling wand because this would jam up and pull her hair. We eventually got rid of it because it wasn't worth the hassle.

    Hair was drying out and almost burning

    Before I purchased and read reviews and finaly decided to purchase was super excited to try it ,I have only used a handful of times and at different temperatures but each time i use it completly dried hair out and had a burning smell to it ,I contacted store I purchased and was told because I used it 3 times I could not return so unfortunately I have a curler that I can't use I really do wish it was different

    I did not enjoy this product.

    This product is not easy to use. I wouldn't recommend this to a friend. For context, I have hair that goes just past my shoulders, and I have layers as well. Because of this, trying to curl my hair with this product is very difficult and frustrating. Another thing that I don't enjoy is that if you try curling your hair with this when your hair is frizzy and/or tangled, it is almost guaranteed that this will not work for you. My hair is often frizzy, so when I tried curling my hair, it took at least 10 minutes for one piece of hair to curl. Not to mention that the curl was only at the bottom of the piece of hair. My final complaint about this product is that it takes such a long time to curl lots of hair. I have thick hair, so yes it is going to take me longer to do my hair, but why does it take a minimum of 5 minutes to curl small piece of hair? With those factors considered, those are the reasons why I do not enjoy this product, and why I wouldn't recommend this to a friend.
