I’m currently dieting and every calories and good ingredients count, so that’s a great option in case you’re trying to change your eating habits. If you intolerant to strong scents, don’t worry, it won’t disappoint you. It doesn’t have any strong scents, and just because it’s healthier doesn’t change the taste of whatever you’re trying to cook. The texture is very similar to olive oil, just not as dense. If you have kids, that’s also a good thing to add to their daily consumption, don’t compromise their health with bad quality and unhealthy foods.

Neutral, multi-use oil
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate that this avocado oil is organic and glyphosate free. It has a high smoke point making it perfect roasting at home temperatures. It is clearer in color and more neutral in flavor than olive oil. I used it to bake carrots and the carrots with avocado oil cooked 20 mins faster than those with olive oil. Not sure the science behind that but thought it was interesting! Have also used this avocado oil to season cast iron. Great multipurpose oil for the price. I received this product free for review.

My new go-to oil

The square shape is easier to hold especially during meal cooking and I like the easy screw top. The ingredients are all organic and it has a mild fruity scent. This oil has an amazing heat tolerance which means no smoking pans. It’s so much healthier than butter so I use it to Cooke grilled sandwiches. The texture is medium thickness which is what I like.
