A: NOT FOR KIDS! This hat is one size fits most, ages 16+ according to the tag. It swallows my toddler’s head, it’s big with a tiny 1in Velcro adjust on back.

very misleading, should not say "boy" in title and should not be suggested while looking for little boys' clothing. I fully expected this to fit my toddler and the Velcro adjustment cannot be adjusted smaller at all. Sadly, I will have to return this. My son absolutely loved it, but it does not fit him at all. Also, be aware that there is zero structure to the hat, the entire thing is floppy.
