The other reviews were correct!
Target shipped these in a flimsy plastic mailer so they arrived damaged. Some of the reflectors were detached, the balls were crushed, and one reflector was even missing. I really only wanted the reflectors themselves, so I pulled the rest off, and glued them to a prettier tinsel garland and called it a Christmas. I would not buy this again if my only option was to ship.

Lack of Shipping & Delivery Quality
This review is not solely for the item itself, but also for the poor shipping and delivery. The garland was not wrapped at all during shipping, and looking at the condition of the box when it arrived, I’m not surprised that it showed up damaged. Target really needs to address the poor quality of shipping!! This is pretty common for anything I order from Target online.

Reflector garland
I truly bought the garland for the reflectors for a special project! They are SO pretty! I removed them from the garland and will use the garland for a small tree. My only disappointment was that one of the balls was broken. But I would definitely buy it again!

Returning this pile of tinsel pieces
Not as pictured. Super flimsy. Ordered six, returning all. Arrived with tinsel flowers at the bottom of the bag than attached to the garlands and even then there were only maybe half as many as in the photos. This is just tinsel hot glued (and not very well) onto plastic garland.

I bought this in store and it seemed all were in good condition and flowers glued on very well. I love it and it suits my colorful vintage Christmas living room vibe without breaking the bank. I normally don’t write reviews but feel like I needed to warn others that this is very cheaply made. When it arrived, all but one of the flowers had fallen off the garland and were loose in the box. The flowers are also covered with glue. If I could give zero stars I would. So disappointed in the quality of this item.
