Q: How many mg of calcium, can't find the info
A: 400 mg calcium per 2 caplets (label directions imply that you should take 4 caplets per day). Can confirm bottle label matches "label info" under "about this item" section for this website.
submitted byHMoney - 8 years agoA: 200 mg. The recommended dosage is two pills, for a total of 400 mg. I find them much easier to take than the "full-size" Citrical, and your body can absorb only 500 mg of calcium at a time anyway.

submitted byHMoney - 9 years agoA: Approx 1/2" by (2 lines more than 1/4") - they are a little fluffier in height - like a pillow. A lot easier to swallow than a normal size calcium pill.
