I ordered this as well as the 24" towel bar and immediately noticed that they were not the same brass shade, which is odd since their design is practically identical and they're from the same Magnolia collection.

Love the look, but quality not great
I really like the way this looks but I’m disappointed with it. I’m on the second one and both move. It doesn’t hold well to the wall (even using better wall anchors than what it came with) but the bar also moves up and down so the tp usually looks uneven like I didn’t put it up level. There is a screw in back but it doesn’t seem to turn - I can’t find a way to tighten the bar up to fix the problem.

Love the looks. One screw stripped while installing. A bit difficult to install without scratching the holder because the screw holes are not too far apart.

Screws strip easily
I liked the subtle transitional look. Unfortunately, the brass colored metal screws were very soft and stripped out while I tried to install it. The design also made access difficult to one of the screws. I only got the screw in half way and can’t remove it because it is stripped.

Summer: If your bathroom tissue holder is loose, we recommend that you please remove the post from the wall plates and re-tighten the wall plates to the wall. The wall plates should sit flush on the wall. If this step is complete, and the attachment still wobbles, it means the wall plates were installed too far apart from each other. You can use the included mounting template to re-mount them in the proper location. We hold this helps!
