[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is definitely one of the better smelling natural deodorants that I have tried, but it is certainly one that is meant for people who do not sweat much or are planning on not doing much activity that day. It still lacks some longevity and wears off after too much movement. I was concerned with the dark color that it may leave residue / stains but that was never an issue at all. It would be a great winter deodorant or one for days when you are just hanging out. The smell is lovely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try Cleo+Coco Charcoal Deodorant because I am trying to use more natural products. This one has received recognition for being clean and green so I really like that. The scent I received was Sweet Surrender, Lavender Vanilla. Wow is thing thing heavily fragranced. The lavender fragrance is ridiculously strong and I barely put any on. I can smell it all day. Seriously it started to give me a headache after a few hours. Plus if you wear perfume, it will be competing with the scent of this deodorant. I was concerned about the color of this deodorant. The charcoal content makes the product speckled gray in color. It goes on clear though. So that's good. Another problem is that it doesn't do squat for sweat. Living in Florida, I need something that helps control sweat. This does not at all. This product is not for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this deodorant a bit ago and I was a bit unsure of the lavender vanilla because usually vanilla is a bit overpowering in my opinion. However I was pleasantly surprised that wasn't the case here. It's a soft deodorant that goes on smooth and lasts a long time even through two benzoyl peroxide body wash showers. I have sensitive skin as well and had no issues using this.

I do have sensitive skin, and this is sometimes an issue I have with some natural deodorants. I wish it wasn't the case with this one because I really liked how smooth it applied and the scent. Not too strong, very subtle and clean. I still use it, just not every day

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love, love this Charcoal deodorant... I got the sweet surrender and lavender vanilla scent and omg it smells so nice but not overpowering. It holds up better than i expected and it didn't leave any residue after applying the product. Overall I really liked this product.

I was pleasantly surprised with this product. The scent is light and fragrant! I absolutely love the lavender vanilla. It lasts me for the whole day and I perspire quite heavily. It may not work for everyone, but it does a great job for me. My husband constantly tells me how good I smell when i haven't even applied a fragrance. Do you perspire much? This is the deodorant for you. Just pick your fragrance, you will be pleased.

The best, most effective, and only charcoal deodorant I will ever use. Always dry and no odor. I do find if I apply too much it will leave a residue on my clothing so am careful to apply only one thin layer.

Amazing performance. Armpits still smells wonderful even after a stressful/ sweaty moment. But, it still leaves a white residue after my pits dry from sweating whenever I wear sleeveless tops. Im conscious about it and constantly check for that.

BEST EVER! I've tried at least 20 different brands. So glad i didn't give up. Everyone should know about this brand. Finally a natural deodorant that works. But its a heavenly experience too, soft, creamy and smells so good I put it on at night just to smell it again!

I don’t even know the best way to describe it but it is truly something special. I live in California where it’s super hot and this stuff keeps me really refreshed all day. I also love the semi grit texture to it. All around god send. Take all my money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my charcoal deodorant sweet surrender lavender vanilla about a month ago and it worked better then most charcoal deodorants I've used but I still don't get the long lasting effect as I do with regular deodorant. I do like all of the good ingredients used and that it doesn't contain harmful ones that most do. I will continue to try them though until I can find the perfect one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially thought I was going to enjoy this charcoal deodorant. It has a pleasant fragrance. Even if I didn’t wear perfume, I got compliments on the way I smelled. The deodorant lasts all day as well. It goes on nicely and has not stained any of my clothing. The issue I have experienced is that I started to notice my armpits start to darken. For that reason, I have discontinued the use of the deodorant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This deodorant claims that you don't need to detox your underarms before using it. I would still detox just to be sure. This is a good alternative to use for low or no impact activity. The texture was thicker when I rubbed it on my underarms. I'm not a big fan of lavender but surprisingly the scent didn't bother me.

The best feature is that it's all-natural, the 2nd best feature is the scent I love it. No chemical smells, all-natural smelling. The scent and deodorant work for hours without having to reapply.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have struggled the past couple years to find a deodorant without aluminum that didn't leave me smelling like both BO and bad deodorant until I tried this brand. It keeps me odor free all day and night. I had my husband try it because his previous natural deodorant didn't take away the BO at all, and he even likes this one. I love the Lavender Vanilla scent and so does my husband.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used several brands of natural deodorants in the past and I'll be honest, most I needed to reapply frequently to cover any smells. With the Cleo+Coco I use it morning and night with no breakthrough odor even on days in the gym or hot sweaty hikes. Not only does the deodorant's effectiveness last all day but the lavender vanilla scent lasts all day as well. I love the clean ingredients and the additions of charcoal, bentonite clay, and magnesium. This is the first natural deodorant that I've found with all three. My only issue has been the texture. The deodorant is slightly textured and rough. It's also pretty hard so it drags across my underarms and almost hurts at times. Leaving it against my skin for a few seconds to warm and soften helps with the dragging but the rough texture is still a bit much for such a sensitive area.
