I got a really bad reaction from this. I got hives all over my body, it burns and itches extremely bad. I'm littery shocked. I grew up using the cheapest soap ever!! No way should an 8$ bar of soap do me like this!please consider adding a warning label! Maybe my skin is sensitive I'm not sure but I haven't had this happen ever before so I'm really tripping out. I have been to several platforms and many are saying this! Either warn people or improve the formula!

I love the bar soaps. I have mine in an attachment scrubber that gives a good buff to my skin and suds up really good. Lush Coconut is the best, currently trying Sandalwood which is doing a great job, Cedar Sport will be next which all things considered, is going to be another to knock it out of the park with.

I've got eczema and dermititis pretty bad. I washed my face with this in the shower and the effect was immediate. I called my husband over to look at the ingredents but don't know what could be hurting me. My face still hurts 24 hours later.

I started using these Papatui soaps about 6 months ago. I have lots of allergies which affect my skin, and I swim laps about 3x per week, both of which wreak havoc on my skin. I normally used L'Occitane soaps, or other all-natural soaps that were quite expensive. I have had bad luck with other "men's" soaps that are essentially junk with lots of fragrance. I can say that these Papatui soaps are incredible and high quality. Cleans without drying out your skin and the fragrance is elegent and not overpowering. It also doesn't leave a slimy residue. The large size of the soap is also a good value and lasts a long time relative to other cheap bar soaps.

I’m a bit of a soap snob. This is the best lather and scent I’ve ever experienced in a premium soap. I’ve tried the “doctor” and the “Duke”... no comparison in quality. My skin also feels the best it has in years. I thought it was my imagination until my wife commented on it the other night, just a week after I started using Papatui.

Do not buy!! As others have stated, it will seriously burn your skin. I tried it just one time and it felt as if I had three degree burns all of my body. I could barely stand to rinse it off or even touch my skin with a towel afterwards. The picture shows just a portion of my neck. My body is severely red and burning.

I replaced my soap which has not been produced by The Art of Shaving. I was hoping that the scent would be a little stronger and more sandalwood but overall it is a mild soap. I need something that would protect my skin since I am a type two diabetic and I shower every day because I bike at least 25 miles a day.

This soap literally burned my husband’s skin off in the most sensitive areas. It turned bright red, super painful and then peeled like the worst sunburn I’ve ever seen. The misery lasted 4 days. His undercarriage looked like a Targaryen dragon egg. Just awful. I also agree with other reviews that it smelled nice in the box but didn’t translate once used

Unfortunately this huge bar only lasted 10 days? I’ve never used a bar of soap this quickly, even those tiny hotel soaps last longer than this one did! Great smell! Lathers beautifully. Seriously a great soap, if only it didn’t disappear so quickly.
