I also like mixing these bars with vanilla ice cream. My toddler kind of likes them. I think it's too dense for her, so she's done after 1/3 of the bar. It is not too sweet which is very important. I definitely prefer these two any other similar products.

It has soft rolled oats in the bar which makes the bar soft and chewy. The nutritional content was great and not too unhealthy like most energy bars. I would also say it’s a good idea as a pick me up throughout the day but definitely really good. I enjoy these and you’re healthy just in moderation because there are carbs, but they’re perfect.
