Super-helpful everyday digestive supplement, and the price is right too! I've always liked the Now brand from way back when I worked in a health-food store during the 90s, and as soon as things got less regular for me during perimenopause it was my first choice. One of these pills at bedtime works like a charm! Highly recommend.

works great, easy to take, it is a product that I would recommend to anyone, it is very important to cleanse your colon! I will always have this in my home!
