How To Use
Swivel eyeliner up only 1/8-inch (pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying).
Line eyes.
Use the tool on the opposite end to gently smudge colour to desired effect.
Allow colour to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer-resistance. Recap securely after using to protect the silky formula.
Can be used alone or over eye shadow.

I tried a lot of different eye liners after Estee Lauder discontinued the one I wore for years. This has been the best! Great color, I have intense chocolate, glides on easily, stays on all day, and the smudger is awesome

Easy to use, and color glides on - even over wrinkly eyelids. The only thing I would change is the shade. I would expect black to be "intense" black, darker. But this is a good liner, Lasts all day.

I have this eyeliner in midnight and ivy. It goes on smooth and gives great color. I love the smudger as I don't like a harsh line. I have sensitive eyes and I wear contacts. This eyeliner does not bother my eyes at all. Highly recommend.

Swatches and photos don't match real life. Color descriptions online are too vague. Swatch photos on the Ulta website/app are not labelled with the correct color name. Intense chocolate has shimmer which isn't disclosed online. I recommed swatching in person to see if a color contains shimmer or not and to see the true color since some are not matte depite no such indication online. This eyeliner in the color 'intense chocolate' applies easily and smoothly. This color compliments my brown eyes nicely. I won't be trying it on my waterline due to the shimmer. Since it is a gel eyeliner, I highly recommend ensure you snap the cap closed after each use to avoid the eyeliner drying out.

This glides on perfectly, is the perfect plum color, and the bonus smudge at the other end works wonderfully. (Better than a Q Tip!) It's my new go-to eyeliner. (Recommended by the instore staff.)

I have bought this product for years and the last couple years I believe the formula has changed. It does not last me through an eight work day. The price is too expensive to keep reapplying. I have used Clinique for over 30 years but may have to look into something different.

When I asked the person at the counter if this was similar to intense black, I was told yes. This is so much darker. Not a huge fan!
