Club cracker, what have you done? I grew up eating and loving this cracker. The sweet buttery flavor was always a hit. I bought them a couple days ago and I have to say they are disgusting. I will be tossing them out. Your recipe has changed for the worse. They aren’t buttery or sweet. They are just gross. Please stop cutting corners and make them like you used to. So many companies have changed due to the cost of supplies but you’re only going to lose business.

Terrible crackers. use to buy these and the last boxes have been horrible. They aren't crisp and like they haven't baked long enough. Won't buy again a waste of money!

I picked a box up after not purchasing in a while and was sorely disappointed. I thought I had gotten an old box or something, the whole texture was off and the usual light crisp was gone. No buttery flavor either. I almost took them back, but after reading online that there was a recipe change, I just threw them out. I won’t be buying again and am hoping Ritz is still using their same recipe.

I bought the last box and noticed they were different (in a bad way). Thought it was a one off so I bought another box. I won't be buying another. They are super crispy now. Mouth feel is not the same at all. Had my wife try one and she agreed. Not sure what you did but you shouldn't have. They aren't horrible but they're not what I wanted.

These used to be a fantastic cracker that made anything on them taste even better. Not any more. The're bland, blah, tasteless, stale and just plain lousy. All for the almighty dollar I immagine.

I bought a few boxes of these crackers and ended up throwing them away instead of returning to the store, thinking they were stale, and then buying another box at another store to find out they tasted the same. The ingredients are also bad, so I'll never buy these again.
