Haesun Moon, PhD, is a communication scientist, educator, and author of several collaborative books, including Thriving Women Thriving World and Foundations of Brief Coaching, a short handbook for professional coaches. She cares about people experiencing better conversations at home and at work by curating stories of purpose, possibilities, and progress--she does that through training, coaching, and consulting--and believes that conversations can change the world. Her academic and professional research in coaching dialogues and pedagogy led to the development of a simple coaching model, the Dialogic Orientation Quadrant (DOQ). Haesun teaches brief coaching at the University of Toronto, and she serves as executive director at the Canadian Centre for Brief Coaching and principal at the Human Learning Institute.
