A: Hello the weight capacity for this coat rack is 11 lbs overall. If the weight is evenly distributed, it shouldn't be a problem to hang 4 to 5 heavy coats. We hope this helps. Thank you.

Looks very nice and easy to put together. I have it on carpet and it will fall over if coats aren’t balanced properly or if you pull a little too hard so have to be careful with that. Falls over a little too easily. Also, wish pegs were more staggered because some are right on top of each other and hard to use both of them. I use for coats and dog harnesses and for that, works really well. Do not have a lot of weight or items on it.

I like the rack. It was a little annoying to assemble because the fittings were very snug but that means it is solid now that it’s put together. Only real detriment is that all the “branches” are centered over each other rather than at staggered angles, which would have made seeing all the coats on the “tree” easier. Now they lay on top of each other.

We were really looking forward to this coat rack arriving. Immediately opened the box to assemble it, and were immediately disappointed to find one leg missing. It's easy to understand how a screw or but might be left out of the box, but a whole leg??
Even more annoying, the package says we're not allowed to return the item to the store, hit must contact the manufacturer. The app you have to use to submit a request for the missing part is really frustrating too. So far, we're still struggling to get the missing leg.

I purchased this to replace a coat rack with a broken part on the base which kept it from standing upright. We're a family of 5, living in a cold climate with lots of heavier coats - and so far, so good....there's even a low peg that our youngest can easily reach. Like others said, the instructions aren't great but it's pretty easy to figure out and didn't take long to assemble. I would've preferred to get it in black, but that was unavailable. I initially thought that a coat rack with adjustable legs would've been preferable but we haven't had any issues, even with uneven wood floors in our very old Victorian. Overall, pretty happy with the purchase.

Very simple to put together, doesn’t take up a lot of room, and holds a lot of jackets, hats, and scarfs while staying stable. If your looking for a solid budget coat rack that goes really well anywhere then this is your best bet.

Very quick assembly although the instructions are not clear. I didn't really need them, but if you haven't put together a lot of furniture, it could be confusing. I'm finding it very sturdy. I threw heavy coats on it right away, and it doesn't even rock. Such a cool design. I absolutely love it!
