Not like it used to be
I used to LOVE this and have used it for years, even with the price hikes. But, something has changed and it does not taste the same. NOT good anymore and leaves a distinct unpleasant aftertaste. So sad :o(

ZERO sugar creamy chocolate
Zero sugar creamy chocolate is not the same as the sugar free creamy chocolate. I just finished the old one and next cup was the ZERO sugar one. It was bitter and had an aftertaste like the sugar substitute was changed and not as creamy. I will Not be buying it again. I liked it in hot coffee or even when it got cold. Manufacturing of something is definitely changed!!

Also, I'm on a fixed income, and the price has soared. Sadly, I may have to leave this product behind. It's very tasty in my coffee every morning, but something must give.

I absolutely LoVE this creamer! I cannot drink my coffee without it! I get it from Amazon but suddenly like a few months ago it just becomes unavailable and I start panicking! Right as I was about to stock up ..it's sooo hard to find and in no stores near me that I can find! Please don't stop making this! Make it easiest to find!

Now it’s really inconsistent. I see lots of replies to reviews saying that the formula/recipe hasn’t changed, but something has. I’ve had good containers with the new packaging and new name, but I’ve had far more bad containers that smell and taste weird. Almost no chocolate flavor. I bought a 3-pack of sugar-free chocolate crème a couple of months ago and they all taste bad. I have about a tablespoon left of my last container that was good. I guess I get to enjoy one more cup of coffee. Why can’t the production be consistent? Something has changed. You can keep saying it’s the same, but you clearly aren’t using the product.

As previously mentioned, we have not made any changes to this creamer. With that being said, there is always the possibility of containers not being stored properly before they sold which can cause an issue with quality. Expect an email from us shortly.

I see that a lot of you are getting responses that this flavor is the same as the creamy chocolate flavor. Let me tell you that if they are the same, I'll eat my hat! If they're the same, then why the need for a name change, hmm? I understand packaging changes because you change with the times. I am telling you, this recipe, unless I use at LEAST an inch and a half or more in the bottom of my cup, it just has no flavor except for bitter. If I didn't know any better, I would swear that it was not only sugar free, but also completely sweetener free. I can't find the liquid creamer flavor I like anywhere in my area right now and now the only powdered creamer flavor I like has turned to crap in terms of taste. As things stand now, I'll just stop drinking coffee altogether until my Italian Sweet Creme in the liquid is back in stores here and you guys go back to the Creamy Chocolate flavor in the powdered rather than this nasty Chocolate Creme flavor you're trying to fake us all out with. No way I'll believe that Chocolate Creme is identical to Creamy Chocolate. You couldn't PAY me enough to say that it was! I finished my last container of creamy chocolate the same day (actually the same hour) I started the chocolate creme and the tastes are VASTLY different.
