While nothing is perfect we purchased this lantern and found it a wonderful addition to our camping gear. We now use it all the time whenever were outdoors for activities at night. For the price, the sound is great and the light is just right for our tent. It's a real hit and hope to use it for years to come. Thank you Coleman.

Don't throw away !!!! So at first we was really upset because the charging port broke on our lantern for the life of me I couldn't figure out how to get into it, 🤣😂 but I did just figure it out and underneath that round rubber seal on the bottom if you pop that up there are four Phillips head screws that you can open the bottom. It is as simple as these little bitty plastic pieces I'm assuming that broke off allowing the charging port to slide around in there. A little hot glue and it's right back where it's supposed to be. Other than that it's a good product than we love it

I actually leave this in my car at all time. I enjoyed camping and got this as a present. I usually make trip to camping or go to cabin in the state park. So this comes very handy during my trip into the mountain. It light up brightly in the dark and you can also enjoy music. The battery lasted for a very long time.

We’ve used this lantern and speaker on the patio at our mountain cabin on the weekends for the last 2 summers and loved it! Today I tried to charge it and the charging pin has broken off inside and we cannot get into it to fix it. After reading several reviews, it sounds like this is a common problem. So disappointed!

Great product. It’s a must for camping for two or small groups for putting out a decent sound . Family or couples camping then this product is a win win .

I won this from work quite a while a ago. Have only used a few times and while the light is great the charging port has pushed into the lantern and now i can not charge it. I wish there was a way to open it up to attempt to repair. Reading through the reviews it seems to be a common problem.

I have large, loud and expensive portable speakers. I don't bring those to the quiet campgrounds where we are boondocking. This charges quickly during the day and is excellent for listening to music with some additional light while sitting around the fire. We use it for 3-5 hours and enjoy it the entire time.

I used this maybe two or three times and the charging port fell inside of it. I can't return it and I also can't find a way to get into it to repair it. It worked great up until that point I didnt have any of the audio issues others are having, but if I cant charge it what good is it?

Got this lantern for my birthday. 2 sec's with the kids and the switch on top is off and no longer works. Take it back for a replacement.... same problem again. kids are destructive by nature, but this is meant to be a camping lantern... surely we can expect that it would hold up to a little rough treatment. I've given up and can't be bothered returning it a second time. Its a real shame, I loved it as a birthday present but have been left feeling very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend anyone purchase this product.

Dear Coleman, Another good product that needs some simple tweaks to be amazing. 1). The base needs a small storage area for the cord. 2). Would be awesome if a common Iphone cord could be used to charge it. 3.) Should include a USB adaptor plug in. 4). I thought I was going to get a charging port for my cell phone (Nope). 5). Offer a cinch bag as a buying option or include it (small velcro pocket to hold cord+). The speaker sounds fine but if you could pair this up with BOSE sound....this product would be out of this world great. I love the look, size, and lighting. Overall Good.

I used this for just one camping trip. It looked really cool at first, the light is great but the sound is poor. I charged before using it, came back from the trip and tried to charge it again but the charging pin stuck inside of the device and now it is useless. I only used it once. Very dissapointed.
