I would buy this product again
Easy to sweep off light snow. My deck is always slippery after raining as well. This coir runner prevents that from happening.

These runners are great for landscaping around borders and plants. Always have a spare roll for wintertime. I've, snow and mud barriers.

My third one of these, worth the non-slip
I buy one every winter, and it keeps people from falling. It's like straw knitted together, not at all pretty or anything, and it comes curled up so you have to weight the ends, but once it is beaten into submission on the ends, it lies flat. We don't get much ice here (thank heaven) or snow, for that matter, but it happens occasionally and a broken leg is far more expensive than a straw mat.

I would buy again
I bought 2 of these for my Dad and Brother for a Christmas Gift and I am seriously hoping that these work. They have both slipped and fell on ice and mud before, so we'll see how well these work. I have not given these to my Dad or Brother as of yet. I am just going by how they looked when I got them in the mail.

Keeps me from slipping and sliding on my decks
I have been purchasing these ice carpets for awhile now. I don't get much snow but I find they are so helpful in rain and ice I keep them on my porch year round to prevent falls. I love the extra wide. Thank you

I take care of elderly parents and they love to go out. I put this mat down and they can get in and out without slipping on ice or snow. Highly recommend!!!

Great runner!
When used properly this runner works very well. I put it on top of the ice accumulation on our deck it worked very well. When it snowed I placed the runner on top of the snow and we were able to come and go with ease. We still removed the snow, but this runner did what it was advertised to do. I have purchased 6 so I can place them anywhere I need. Fantastic product.

you do need to tack it down on the stairs if possible and after it snows, you need to sweep it clean. I you have stone/concrete stairs then i personally would use ice melt or something pet friendly. I'm buying 13 more for my kids and myself

Not sure how to secure to steps
No instructions or hardware for installing included. Probably just mail to steps and hope it doesn't ruin steps in spring when I take it up. But now I have to wait til I've melts first before I can do it.

Ice Runner
As a senior woman living alone over 70 yrs old I can't afford to slip on my stoops leaving house. In Jan temps drop below zero. Sometimes you can't see ice. This will prevent falls.
