Could not get clock to work!

I have had this clock for several days now, and it has not set itself. I followed instructions several times. it still didn't set itself. I finally set it manually. I am going to return it.

It didn't automatically go to daylight savings time, and was hard and slow to set up. The box and the clock were badly damaged. The replacement came quickly and works well.

was unable to set the clock back with the time change. Clock did not set its self back. does hold time well and looks nice.

I like the fact that you never have to worry about the power going out for any length of time and having to reset the clock when power is restored. Plus it always keeps the exact time of day, always.

My husband really likes the atomic time keeping, he has an atomic watch. It was a bit difficult to get it to find out where it was in the world, at first. It is really nice not to have to figure out what time it is, when DST starts or ends.

This clock worked really well right out of the box. I watched it adjust the time as soon as I put batteries in it. Bought it for my 89-year-old visually impaired mother so she can see the time at night. She really likes it and it provides a nice nightlight.

When I wake at night, I can see the time. The soft glow lightens the roon nicely.

it would be so nice if it was like the picture that is advertised, there is no white light. it is a weird blue doesn't work. whether you have the blue light turned on or have the light off and just see the white background the front glass cover is very reflective so it is just plain hard to see the clock.

This clock was easy to set up and performed well. I decided to turn off the light to save the battery. I was hoping I could see it at night, but the light was more in the middle which made it hard to see exactly what time it was. The numbers are plain and big so I can usually see the time anyway without the light.#sweepstakes

We love the clock portion very much. The blue light inside blasts out the face of the clock so it is impossible to read. Sweepstakes

I wanted the clock for the light but that went out and am not sure if it can be fixed. Disappointed with product.

I've always wanted an atomic clock so that I know what the real time is. Every clock in my house is a few minutes off... I'm happy with this one.

This clock looses about 2 hours each day. But it always resets itself at midnight. I'm very disappointed it can't keep the correct time. The lights don't allow for clear recognition of the time at night. About all they tell you is where to look but you have to get close to read it.

I followed the instructions regarding how to start this clock working. As the instructions said, all three hands (it has a second hand) moved to the 12. It stated that in 3 to 8 minutes it would receive the signal from the time-setting source. When the signal was received the hands would move the exact time position. The hands remined at the 12 for hours. I then moved the clock to another room of the house but no change after a couple hours. I move it to yet another room and still no change in the hands. I finally just set in in a chair in the living room, planning to box it back up and return it the next day, presuming that either it was broken or the signal was too week in our area or our home for it to operate. That next morning, I noticed that the hands had moved to the appropriate time. Evidently, it received a signal at least once. However, it is supposed to check the signal each day, attempting several times until it does, in order to keep the time accurately displayed. There is not way that I am aware of that allows me to determine if it is receiving a signal periodically or not. For all I know, it might be a fairly accurate time piece even if it can't receive the signal. I am obviously going to keep it, but I will be keeping watch to see that it remains accurate using my cell phone time as the comparison.

Wouldn't recommend buying this clock. Just can't keep the correct time.

Clock functions as expected. Tells accurate an consisent time and background light helps at night. TY

I am disappointed in the clock. After one week the light went out and I can't see it in the dark.

Will not light up and second hand is broken , would like a credit for poor quality !!!!!

This clock is a great addition to our kitchen. The light illuminates the entire area with a soft glow and makes navigating easier for us "middle of the night owls" . And of course , it keeps time, too !
