Defective and Missing Parts
I bought the white version of this Comfort Glow fireplace. I received a well-packaged box with styrofoam packing inside around the corners. But the left front corner was defective, as per the photo. Both the remote control and manual were missing. The manufacturer's box clearly indicated both are included. The thermostat doesn't work properly so it doesn't know when to shut off. I sent it back due to this products defects, missing parts and the manufacturer carelessly sending me an obviously damaged product.
