I adore this little fan. I'm comparing it to a small Honeywell fan and a small Vera fan. It's the best of the three. Why?Because it's adorable in design, it's heavy and stays put, it oscillates in every direction or stay static, and it's quiet. I don't know about you, but finding a quiet fan seems to be fairly impossible. The Vornado is quieter than the Honeywell, which is the worst of the three. But this one is the best. If it lasts, I'll be thrilled. Right now, at under $30 it's a fantastic value.

Nice fan, puts out a reasonable amount of air for the noise peoduced. WOuld say that the air is a bt more focused, in a smaller area, than most fans. Note - if you try to change the vertical orientation while it is running it will make a Loud noise which I take to be fan blades rubbing. Do not do that, turn the fan off first. Not a WORD about this in the manual so I took a point off.
