Q: I have this assembled but no idea how to get drawers and shelf in on the sliders and instructions are not clear. Any suggestions?
A: Thank you for your question. We will look at the instruction sheet and try to improve them. There is a trick to it. You have to move the clip and separate the slider then attach the slider to the keyboard or drawer. Please contact our customer service team and they can walk you through it. 562-942-0492 x 7

Q: Can’t get the drawers or shelf in and instructions final step says pull ball bearing plates forward align sliders and push in. What ball bearing plates? How do the drawers go in? Bad instructions for this

Q: Is the Depth measurement including how far the keyboard tray extends?
A: The desktop is 18.5" deep and the keyboard is 14.5" deep. I would guess that there is about 3" of the keyboard that is under the desktop when fully extended.

Q: Can the keyboard shelf and bigger drawer switch their places? Meaning the keyboard shelf on the right and drawer on the left as opposed to the picture.
A: No, the keyboard and drawer placement can not be switched.

Q: What’s the measurement from the floor to the bottom of the drawers?
A: You should have a 23" clearance from the floor to the bottom of the desk.
