Q: I have this assembled but no idea how to get drawers and shelf in on the sliders and instructions are not clear. Any suggestions?

A: Thank you for your question. We will look at the instruction sheet and try to improve them. There is a trick to it. Q: Is the Depth measurement including how far the keyboard tray extends?

A: The desktop is 18.5" deep and the keyboard is 14.5" deep. I would guess that there is about 3" of the keyboard that is under the desktop when fully extended.

The look of this item is as it looks online but when putting it together and following the directions the quality of the parts and function of the drawers is below expectation. The drawers do not match perfectly with the hinges and therefore causes alignment issues with closing it. May be just a bad one that I got but it is very frustrating.

One of the corners is warped and the wood vinyl is peeling. The track for the sliding keyboard shelf catches and screeches every time you pull it out.

One corner of the tabletop was busted (looked like it had been dropped in transit). The track mechanism for one of the drawers fell completely off. The slider for one of the drawers was misaligned with the track. We were able to somewhat put it together because we didn't have time to go replace it. Not impressed.

The title says desk is wood, I was confused by it also made misunderstood，I thought should be wood, but it just wood color, so I was little disappoint. Another problem is difficult to assembly for drawer，so far I still did put everything together, I asked friend to help me, she can not figure out either。
