If it was possible to give this zero Stars, I would. Neither attachment removes hair at all, no matter how many times I run over the surface. I'm not sure if I purchased a defective product, but it doesn't work at all.

Great shaver. I like the features - rechargeable, wet / dry, comfortable handle, good size. On the box, in the directions, and the product description it says it comes with a blade guard. It did not. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

I wish all of the negative reviews weren’t true - they are. This didn’t work for me at all. Neither trimmer head cut any hair. It was fully charged so that wasn’t the problem. I tried with the guard on and off. Maybe if your hair is really long it would do something? I’m not sure. Don’t waste your money is my advice.

Bought this to replace my bikini trimmer that was over 10 years old but boy does this thing cut you up. I was really rooting for this trimmer but I hate it.

This shaver is horrible and a waste of money. The one that is supposed to leave a smooth shave doesn't. Not even close. The bikini trimmer guard is useless. The 1 setting is practically like the guard isn't on and no other setting works because it just slides down to a one while you're using it. Both heads are super patchy so they aren't even consistent and they also scratch the skin. I didn't try the eyebrow trimmer so maybe that works. Do not waste your money.

Do not buy this! I tried so hard to make this work, I assumed I would get used to it, I didn't. I tried to use it at least 3 or five times to be sure. I cut myself so bad everytime I used this shaver. Do not waste your money.

Waste of money! I used it twice to trim my dogs paw fur and it just stopped working. Won’t charge either. The small detailed trimmer is basically useless as well.
