Q: If your silver has a stone or bead in it, will it hurt it?
A: I used it on a Tiffany sterling silver necklace with a tiny diamond in it. The diamond was not harmed.

Q: Can I use with my Pandora bracelet?
A: No, we do not recommend using our Silver Jewelry Cleaner on Pandora. Please use our Dazzle Drops Silver Cleansing Creme and our Jewelry Wipes. These 2 products are safe to use on Pandora Bracelets.

Q: Can the product be used to clean silver dinnerware?
A: Yes, you can use our Silver Jewelry Cleaner on dinnerware. Just make sure you rinse with warm water after to remove any chemical. It will remove tarnish but if you want to polish the silver after use our Silver Polishing Cloth or Jewelry Wipes which will polish to a high shine and will help prevent future tarnish buildup.

Q: Will it clean and safe for platinum?
A: No, our Silver Jewelry Cleaner is not meant to clean platinum. It is only intended to clean sterling silver. Use our Fine Jewelry Cleaner for your platinum jewelry.

A: No, this does not sterilize or kill bacteria.

Q: Can this be used on Pandora bracelets and charms? Also, what are the ingredients?
A: No, although this product is for sterling silver jewelry, Pandora uses a rhodium plating that may react with our jewelry cleaner and they use a special oxidization design application (the darkened area in the engraving) that will be removed with this product. However, our Connoisseurs Dazzle Drops Silver Jewelry Cleansing Crème is safe for Pandora Bracelets and Charms. Our Jewelry Wipes and Silver Polishing Cloth also work very well.

A: Yes, this can be used on any type of .925 silver. However, if your silver is oxidized, antiqued or painted or there are gemstones, use our Dazzle Drops Silver Jewelry Cleansing Crème.

Q: I have sterling silver diamonds ring the diamonds are sapphire will the sterling silver cleaner damaged the diamonds?
A: It won't damage diamonds, however we do not recommend our Silver Jewelry Cleaner for cleaning jewelry with gemstones, due to the other metals involved with creating the settings and prongs. Q: Can I use this product in pure 100% silver jewelries rather than sterling silver?
