A: I used it on a Tiffany sterling silver necklace with a tiny diamond in it. The diamond was not harmed.

A: No, although this product is for sterling silver jewelry, Pandora uses a rhodium plating that may react with our jewelry cleaner and they use a special oxidization design application (the darkened area in the engraving) that will be removed with this product. However, our Connoisseurs Dazzle Drops Silver Jewelry Cleansing Crème is safe for Pandora Bracelets and Charms. Our Jewelry Wipes and Silver Polishing Cloth also work very well.

A: It won't damage diamonds, however we do not recommend our Silver Jewelry Cleaner for cleaning jewelry with gemstones, due to the other metals involved with creating the settings and prongs. Ruined my sterling silver charms. They are now covered in a film I had to try and buff out with a polishing cloth I bought after this liquid stuff ruined the finish. It has taken away all the dark details of the silver and has filled the carvings with a peach colored tarnish. Wish I’d never used this product.

This is amazing! I can honestly say that it immediately removes tarnish on sterling silver. I used this on some tarnished jewelry and in 10 seconds, my pieces were bright silver again! I used to use silver polish cream or take my jewelry to my jeweler, not any longer. It’s crazy how fast this works. I did try a costume jewelry piece and it worked but it definitely wasn’t as good as the on the sterling silver pieces- which is fine. It didn’t damage my Pandora/Chamilia beads at all.

Okay, it seems to be working and I may not be familiar with these things but I have a “Fine Jewelry Cleaner” from the same brand that doesn’t smell anywhere near as bad as this. I opened it and the room immediately stank of rotten eggs. The seal was intact but I couldn’t find an expiration date? My eyes are watering as I use it to clean my new Pandora bracelet that was a gift because this product smells so bad! I want to say that it works but I can’t see well enough while cleaning them to tell!

Wow, I don't understand some of the bad reviews on this. I used this on several pieces of jewelry, and it worked great. I also didn't have issues later on after using it, like some people did in the reviews below. It all worked fine for me. A quick dip in the solution, and all the tarnish came off. I found it incredibly effective and easy to use.

It’s crazy how well this works. I dropped pieces that were so tarnished they were almost black into this cleaner, and in literally only 10 seconds the tarnish is gone. You can see the tarnish disappear right in front of you. No scrubbing, just rinse it off, dry it off, and you’re done.

I am extremely disappointed. I would give this product zero stars if it allowed. I have used this exact product many times before - even on the same jewelry - but when I opened a new container and placed a couple of rings and earrings in and used as directed, my jewelry was ruined. As stated, I’ve used this product on these same pieces of jewelry many times. However, this time resulted in multiple stones falling out of my rings and left them with an erosive appearance. My jewelry is no longer wearable, and I had to dump the cleaner out even though it was my first time using it! Not only did it ruin my precious jewelry, but I realized that the one I was sent didn’t even have the brush that is supposed to come with it! I will never buy this product again. I will be in search of a better, more reliable product because it is not worth damaging my jewelry over. I would avoid this product if I were you and if you care about your jewelry!
