HENRY J. SOMMER is head of the Consumer Law Project at Community Legal Services, Inc. Of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has served as Lecturer in Law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he taught an advanced seminar on bankruptcy practice and theory.
