Doesnt work and company unresponsive
The watch would not turn on despite being plugged in for 2 days and me following the instructions in the manual. Then it turned on for maybe an hour and then stopped working. I emailed the company asking for a replacement twice over two weeks and still only auto replies back to my email. There is no phone number on their website at all! Very frustrated. Will be returning to target.

Bad experience, good watch
I’m rating this only three stars due to the experience of ordering this item as the watch itself seemed nice! I ordered two of the same item for my daughters for Christmas. I was notified it would be shipped from Contixo. I only received one of the watches, which seemed like an error made simply because I ordered two of the same item and they probably missed the quantity of 2 instead of 1. I also understand it’s a hectic time of year and was very patient and understanding. I had to contact Target twice over a few weeks and both times I was told they would just refund since it was shipped by a partner brand and they are now out of stock. I still have not received my refund. I also tried creating a support ticket with Contixo. I’m on my second ticket and they keep asking for the same info and stringing me along. Terrible experience and planning to return the one watch I did receive because they left such a bad taste in my mouth. Buyer beware!

Damaged cheap product.
I received this product in damaged condition. It never charged up as inner pin was broken. This was a gift sent to Canada. There is no store hence return is not possible. Awful response from customer service of this company. Total waste of money.

Awesome watch.
My daughter loves this watch! She recieved it for Christmas and really enjoys using it! Not only is this item user friendly, but there are so many cool features. You are able to play little games, take pictures, record voice messages and so much more! This product is definitely worth the money.
