Fun & Accessible Fitness Tool
I’ve had this for a few days & since it’s my first wellness tracker, I’m having so much fun with it. My only two complaints are 1. that it’s not compatible with the iPhone Health app. And 2. the iTouch app can be annoying. It doesn’t auto-update and when it does update, it will not match the data in the watch. For i stance tight now, watch says 8209 steps, app says 7620? Anyway, I’m definitely planning to save up for an Apple watch for the app compatibility. But if you don’t mind the app being a bit glitchy, this gets the job done and makes building fitness fun!

To ensure a reliable connection, please restart your phone, reset the watch, unpair the watch from your phone's Bluetooth, and then reconnect through the app. Since the watch is connected through Bluetooth, which is a wireless connection, there are a number of reasons why your watch is not syncing. This includes Bluetooth interference, like when the watch goes outside of the phone's Bluetooth range (typically 15 ft - 33 ft), OS updates, or when the phone or watch battery is completely drained, which causes the Bluetooth connection to accidentally drop. Turning off either the watch or your phone could also be one of the reasons why your watch could get disconnected from the app, and this also affects the syncing. As of this writing, our watches only work with their own designated applications. Connecting them to third-party apps is not yet supported. But this is something I'm taking as feedback and will be addressed to our developers for their consideration in the future. Stopped working in less than 6 months. No longer charges. Contacted customer support, emailed with a Rhea S who was very unhelpful. They wanted videos and more videos to prove it wasn’t working. Then me to pay to ship a product that is faulty back to them. Just terrible. Do not purchase anything from this manufacturer— you’re left with a faulty product after very little use.

It is difficult to pair the watch. It disconnects everyday. If it's not paired, then the data isn't stored to keep track of the features like sleep, blood pressure, workout,weather. I'm quite disappointed in this product

App didn't wirk for me
I’ve used a Fitbit for years. But you can’t get new batteries for them So I wanted something cheaper. If I can’t get a new battery and have to buy a new watch I’d try iTOUCH. Watch works great but the app has NEVER worked. I installed the app on my iPhone 11, no problem, got an account. Tracks everything on the watch but won’t pair with the app. Yes I’ve de and reinstalled twice. Still not connecting. No I shouldn’t have to contact their help desk. If I could do the Fitbit on my own, iTOUCH should just as easy. Since it tracks my steps and thats mainly what I want it for. I’ll use this until Fitbit goes on sale and go back. I didn’t get rid of my Fitbit app so my info is still there. Frustrating

Terrible product
My wife purchased this watch for me on August 27,2025 as a birthday gift. I wore it for 3 weeks and put it on charge a week ago and went to put it back on my wrist and nothing illuminated. The watch wouldn’t even turn on. I tried to go through the warranty process with ITouch website and have heard nothing back. It’s been 3 days since I submitted the warranty information and haven’t heard anything. I expected this watch to last maybe a year but not even lasting a full month is insane. Do not buy this smartwatch
