Karen Martini is one of Australia's most highly regarded chefs, with a career spanning two-hatted restaurants, bestselling cookbooks, and a longstanding role as resident chef on the timeless Australian TV programme Better Homes and Gardens. She has led acclaimed kitchens at Melbourne Wine Room and Sydney's Icebergs Dining Room, was the founding partner and creative food director at Hero in Melbourne's ACMI building, and is a regular columnist for Good Weekend, one of the most prestigious, widely-read newspaper inserted magazine in Australia.
