This has a slighty grainy texture and the tint is VERY sheer, pale, and has a cool undertone. This would probably not work well for someone with darker skin or very pigmented lips, but it's fine for me because I'm quite fair.

Not moisturizing. Does not stay on, i have to re apply a lot. Feels gritty when applying. The slight color is a nice touch but it does not feel anything like a chapstick.

The pigment was very minimal. It wasn't as hydrating as I would have hoped. And it had that sunscreen taste.

I am SO picky about sunscreen lip products, because most taste like straight up sunscreen. This product is not too oily, and has no sunscreen taste! Its my go to from now on.

Coolant products are far superior than other I have tried. The lip balms help keep you lips moist even in the hottest weather and sun. And so great to have an option with a tad of color.

The entire stick broke off inside the tube then fell on fhe floor when I opened it. This all happened within 24 hours of unboxing (despite it only being twisted up just enough to use the 3 times I got to try it in those 24 hours). Wish I had more to say but didnt have it that long.

I just purchased both original and tinted lip balm from this company. The original is fine but the tinted formula is terrible. It's drying and gritty and you can actually see in the photos they took of a swatch that the tinted one looks gritty. I love spf lip balm especially ones that have a tint and I really wanted to like this one but it's just a bad formula.

I really wanted to like this product, but it did not work for me at all. It felt fine at first application, but it tastes awful and left a bumpy rash on my lips that lasted almost a week. I have never had anything like this occur with other products and I would not recommend purchasing this lip balm.

This product is more of an exfoliating product. It felt like there was sand in the lip balm, and I was excited to use it because I love this brand and wanted to try an SPF for my lips, but that is not the case. This was like sandpaper.

This product wasn't for me, maybe there's something about my lips that is different than most. I found this to be drying and I had to reapply often, as the color did not last. To not waste the product, I apply a hydrating balm first and then use this as a topper. I'm still on the hunt for the perfect tinted lip balm that has everything I'm looking for! Wish this would have worked out for me!

The lip balm goes on smooth and stays on! I love the tinted color and the 30 SPF, because my lips are always peeling, but not anymore.

Review: ★☆☆☆☆ This lip balm has the worst taste I've ever experienced in a lip product. I'm not eating it, but since it's on my lips, I inevitably taste it- and it's absolutely disgusting. It's bitter, lingers for way too long, and makes me want to wipe it off immediately. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless you enjoy the taste of regret.

I bought this about six months ago in the pink tinted version. There is no visible tint when applied so I wonder why they bothered. I don't detect any product taste when wearing it. I like that the size of the balm itself has a larger diameter and goes on smoothly and the quality of the outer packaging as well (it's held up very well). And the main thing I like is the spf protection.

I like the high spf 30 for my lip however it feels slightly gritty and hard to apply onto my lips and leaves a sand-like texture/taste that transfers and I can feel in my mouth. Also, the tint is nonexistent when you apply it to your lips. It's not a product I can recommend or repurchase. I gave the 2 stars for the spf, I got it on sale so you do get a good amount of product for the price and the package is nice.

Was looking forward to wearing this on no makeup days but it makes my lips very chapped almost instantly and there is absolutely no tint to my lips. Might be better for someone else but not for me.

Love this lip balm, ordered one for myself and one for each of my daughters, they also love.
