150lbs but narrow waist & bust ordered a small and medium. Kept the medium. The top doesn’t really sit right, but it’s going to work for the price (on sale, $50). I’ve only worn the suit once. I don’t have high hopes for the zipper, but this suit is specifically intended for all the bending and squatting for my toddler the kiddie pool area.
