I have tried many shakes but always deluted them with 2/3 of milk necause they are too sweet. It’s not chalky, and doesnt leave strong weird aftertastes or residue, but it tastes a bit like strawberry stomach medicine. There is a bit of the protein powder chalky after taste, but it’s pretty minor and didn’t bother me at all. It’s like a smooth, slightly thick milkshake. But the bottle was surprisingly filling and there is a very impressive amount of protein. Would, I drink it as a treat? No. But will I keep some as backup food in the office? Probably.
