    This set arrived with several

    This set arrived with several broken pieces in it. I’ve emailed the company twice w/ only a generic “we’re experiencing high traffic currently and it may take longer than expected to respond” response. I tried calling the 800 # but hung up after five minutes of waiting, and tried the online chat but have had several people in front of me. I still have had no email response. I will try a few more times to find out how to send the broken set back to them and get a refund before I contact our cc company to dispute the charge, but I’m pretty disappointed so far.
