A practical and cute raised bed/garden cart!
Even with the bottom tray it was pretty easy to put together. It's angled and took some work to get the screws and nuts in place. However, it's well made, sturdy, lightweight and perfect for my (planned) herb garden! Highly recommended!!!

New Gardeners Looking for Raised Bed Solutions
We considered making our own, but loved the scent of Maple99's cedar bed. Assembly is simple, but a drill and rubber hammer are highly recommended. After seeing another user add treated wood armrests and casters, we did the same, but with larger 4-wheel casters (pictured).

This literally only took five minutes to put together. Great product. I added metal brackets to the corners to reinforce the structure, hopefully for longer life. It's also convenient to buy separately.

Excellent workmanship.
Nice and sturdy. I've seen a lot of reviews on these raised beds saying they either last or break down once soil is put in them. This one doesn't look like that though. When installing the metal supports, it's best to wait until all the screws are tight before tightening them all the way. If you screw one end in place, it makes it hard to line up the other holes. Other than that, everything is great!

I am very happy with the price. Bought these to completely remodel our backyard. They are exactly as described. I deducted one star because there are a couple of dovetail joints that should be discarded because they were not cut very well. One side was obviously trimmed too short. We used wood glue to secure them and hopefully that works out. I am also a little concerned because the bottom insert buckled in a rainstorm after assembly and before filling. Hopefully the same problem doesn't happen to the sides.

What you see is what you get.
The packaging was very nice. It took me almost two hours to put it together myself, the instructions were easy and everything was labeled. Love the look of it and the price was very good. I will update in the spring when everything starts growing!

Attractive flower pots
A few of the boards were warped when they arrived, but thankfully replacements were sent within a few days. It was relatively easy to assemble, and the raised bed is beautiful, so you can pick tomatoes without having to bend over!

This raised bed is easy to assemble and is perfect for growing flowers or vegetables. It's a little small for me, but it works fine for now. The depth of the bed is perfect for my vegetables. It comes with a water reservoir so I can water it at least every other day. Good quality, sturdy and durable. However, be aware that the dividers can be easily damaged. It doesn't have wheels, so it can be a bit heavy if you need to move it. I hope this review helps you!

Super easy to put together. Looks great! I bought three and they look very well made. I am coating them with food grade stain and sealer. Plan to re-coat every few seasons. I am not sure how long these will last but if cared for properly they should be fine.

First time gardener was delighted with this bed
am 70 years old and decided I wanted to grow some heirloom, non-GMO, natural tomatoes and had to grow them myself. I was on a budget and these beds were reasonably priced. I bought two and put them together myself with no fuss. The instructions were simple. The screws were cheap - probably soft metal. The tops broke a bit. I found it easier and quicker to drill the holes first and then screw them in. For those with stronger arms and hands, screwing in wood may not be necessary. I was able to easily carry them to the yard on a wheelbarrow and then lift them into place myself. The design is simple and nice and looks neat and nice. If you don't want to buy a high-end cedar bed, these will do the job.

Nice flowerpot, but lacks a seedling tray
Overall, this is a nice planter. It seems sturdy, was easy to assemble, and has a clever water storage/drainage system. I'll update the review after it's had a few rains and see how it works. The customer service seems to be a bit problematic, though, which is why I'm only giving it three stars. I ordered two planters, but only one came with the green seedling tray in the photo. Any questions must be contacted directly to the manufacturer, and the contact information on their website doesn't seem to work after hours (I couldn't even fill out the web form). I called during business hours and got a customer service representative who said they would send me an email that I could reply to with my information so they could file a claim. The email arrived promptly, but when I responded to the message, I got a failed delivery email (mailbox full). I'm not sure if I'll follow up, because it really shouldn't be this hard to fix when parts are missing. So if you have a problem with your order, be aware that the customer service doesn't seem to be great.

I recommend you check out the other reviews. The best advice is to read through the instructions and then use a drill to drill some small pilot holes in the wood so it's easier to get the screws in with the drill base and Phillips head. The shorter cedar end pieces already came with the aluminum bars and L brackets. The hardware for the longer sides did not come pre-installed. Since the aluminum L brackets on the long sides of the planter had to sit on the pre-installed L brackets on the shorter wood end pieces, I found I had to drill a new, larger hole in the aluminum piece on the first side and reinstall it to get a perfect fit with the wood end piece. The rest was easy. It's very sturdy. I used Thompson's sealant to seal the cedar. Looks great too.

Easy to assemble and nice looking wood, but you can't pick it up and move it around, so it has to be built where it is to be placed, and if it's not on perfectly level ground the pins can easily bend and the sides can move around.

Great product
We are replacing the wood for an existing 60' planter from the previous homeowner. We used the kit in a different configuration due to underground irrigation and space limitations. The boards came out beautifully, straight and smooth with no burrs. I love the untreated cedar. The instructions were clear and the assembly was simple. Highly recommend.

We purchased two and placed one on top of the other.
We bought two of these beds with the intention of stacking them one on top of the other to give them a little height. The product arrived a few days earlier than promised. All parts were complete and in good condition. All holes were in the right place to hook the corresponding parts together. In order to be able to stack one on top of the other, the connecting rods that came with the purchased product could not be used. These connecting rods are 11 inches long, so 22 inches long connecting rods are needed. These connecting rods can be easily purchased at local hardware stores and cost very little. The assembled product looks good and is quite sturdy. We planted zucchini, beans and tomatoes around May 25th. As of June 30th, they are growing well and as my grandfather always says: "The beans are growing well." This product has worked very well for us and we recommend it.

think I found the perfect cedar bed.
I love this planter. I did a lot of research on how to build/buy a raised planter and this cedar planter was priced right. I put it together easily by myself while keeping an eye on my two small children. It's absolutely no problem and anyone can do it. The pieces fit together perfectly and the wood is smooth and fine. I didn't want to risk buying rough wood and having the kids get cut by splinters - this planter will never hurt anyone. It's the right size and looks great in my yard - I can't wait to fill it with dirt and start gardening! The wood is thick and nice, and the pieces fit together so tightly that there's no need for padding at all. I'm sure this planter will last for years. If you're looking for a reasonably priced cedar raised planter, I don't think you can find anything better than this one! I will definitely buy another one once I get to use it.
