It took about an hour and a half to assemble, but I'm a super slow worker. It looks awesome and I really enjoyed it. One hole was difficult to align and I had to screw it in crookedly, so that's why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

So cute and exactly like the pictures. Came almost a week earlier than expected and I couldn't be happier. Assembly took less than 10 minutes. Sturdy but not bulky, perfect for my porch. Keeps heat in very well and I didn't know the lid was heat resistant, which was a bonus! We grilled hot dogs in it and they came out perfect and were thoroughly grilled! The ashtray on the bottom is beautiful and easy to clean. What a surprise! It also came with a bag to cover it in case it rains!

Great smokeless fire pit!
bought the 883 Mega Outdoor. Included: lid, lava rock, and propane tank ring to hold the tank in place and prevent it from tipping over or moving around and scraping floors or other surfaces. Pros: I like the 10-foot LPG hose that attaches to the unit and keeps it at a safe distance from the tank. It's also easy to screw into the tank. The lava rock heats up in 3-5 minutes, and once it's done, this beast puts out a very respectable amount of heat. I had to turn the fire down to minimum and stand a few inches away from it once it was done. The fire bowl is fairly low to the ground, ensuring that the heat is distributed at an optimal height. Cons: There aren't really any. The only thing I would be careful about is that you may need to set the fire pit on a non-flammable surface since the fire bowl itself is 3-4 inches off the ground. I bought a 30-inch silicone mat specifically for the fire pit since I primarily use it on a wooden deck. This provides extra protection, but it may not be necessary. However, given my experience, safety is of the utmost importance when starting a fire around or near flammable materials. Bottom Line: This fire pit is a great alternative to a wood-burning fire pit. It produces enough heat for 4-6 people to sit around. Similar to other reviews, this fire pit is perfect for camping, RV trips, or beach vacations. If you are looking for a smokeless alternative that is easy to set up and travel with, I highly recommend this product!

Perfectly meets our requirements
This fire pit is exactly what we wanted. Looks and functions as described with no surprises. Delivered in less than a week. The packaging is sturdy and durable. No assembly required, more work to install. I bought the propane model because gas line hookups can be expensive. I have a 30# propane tank. The hose from the tank to the burner is 7 feet long so I can put the tank behind the couch and it won't be too noticeable. The flame and heat output are strong on high, and we like the 50% fire. I put 1" casters on the bottom so it can be moved for storage in the winter.

Worth the wait
Took a long time to receive it. After placing the order they said it was shipped. Then charged my credit card and it was out of stock. They said they could refund it but I chose to wait. It was worth the wait. Great quality, well packaged and looks good.
