    AWFUL. Parts missing, crappy quality. Faulty brakes and dry rotted tires. Purchased for our daughter’s 5th birthday and it has been a nightmare to return. Upon returning we were told it would now take up to 14 days to receive the refund. RUN AWAY FROM BUYING THIS BIKE.

    Poor Service

    I ordered this item for my daughter birthday which was supposed to be deliver on the 4th of March the same date of the birthday, it never came. I called both Target and FedEx customer service to ask them about the order. Target told me that I would have to wait another 4 to 5 business days and FedEx told me that it would be delivered on the 8th but yet I still have not receive it yet.     Dishonest "sale" pricing

    This is not a $300 bike. I thought it was on sale because of Christmas, turns out it’s just always on sale. The bike is clunky, plastic parts are thin and cheap, the wheel fender is constantly coming loose and rubbing against the tire. Brakes were hard to adjust, and even harder for my daughter to use the hand brake because her little hand doesn’t have the strength or dexterity. And it is HEAVY. Extremely heavy, we were hoping to skip the training wheel phase because she’s been on a balance bike for years but she can’t hold the bike up on her own because it’s over twice her weight.

    Logistics nightmare
