My 1900 barn has better support and wood left than this House
To start, I live in Iowa, and this was supposed to be a place for my working cats to go to better get out of the weather when needed. This house is horrible quality for the price. I had pieces come in broken. The wood is flimsy and thin, making the house ridiculously light. Without anchoring, this will end up in the woods behind my house with the winds. The roofing is paper with asphalt like material sprinkled on it, which makes it fall off everywhere while assembling and will scratch your floors up. The floor pieces aren't secured in any way, so they're just sitting loose in the box and can easily be lifted up from underneath. There were no predrilled holes, so the wood was splintering while attempting to get the screws in during assembly.

I really loved this product, it was so easy to assemble with the easy to understand instructions! My cat absolutely loves this tiny house and sleeps in there regularly. Overall, it was a great addition to my home and my cat loves it!

Not worth the money, I would return it but too much of a problem. It's not very sturdy, one panel is bowed, one of the window holder cracked. Bottom door is to small. Other than that it's a cute house.

Cute concept, but feels like a balsawood airplane. Formaldehye warning on the label, and arrived splintered- would be hurtful to put any animal in there. This will be such a challenge to rebox and return.

Kitty House
It’s a very cute little house and seems to be big enough, but we had some issues putting it together! The magnet used to connect the roof to the house was put in the wrong spot! My husband is good at building things so he was able to fix the problem. I’m okay with the price I paid for it since we got it at 51% off, but if I had paid full price I wouldn’t have been happy at all! I expected better quality!

This house is much higher quality than I thought it would be for that price. It's made with cedar which is perfect for outside. It was easy to put together as long as you have 2 people doing it. So far I love it. Not sure about the cats tho. I don't think they have figured it out yet. And I might take the inside ramp out for more room.

I like this cat house.
I like this cat house. I bought it so my cats could hang out in it when it was cold, I filled the bottom with straw and there was a little shelf with big holes for them to jump off the platform. I put a food bowl on the shelf that would be great. The top opens and stays open so you can clean it.

Flapping door and perches are cat friendly.
My semi feral cat is frightened of the flapping door and doesn't use it. The description says for adult cats even 2 in the bottom; my cat is too big to use the perch they are too small. I hope he will get some benefit from it. I put Sherpa bedding for extra warmth and softness in the bottom .

It took an extra person to put it together.
It was a little flimsy. It is cedar. It smells nice. It is in a back porch covered. I wouldn't put this out in the elements. I don't think it would make one winter here in Massachusetts. It looks cute and is functional. We shall see how long it lasts.
