Not the correct size even though measurements on website claimed to be. also they provided very very cheap metal frame to screw into the fireplace and tv stand doesnt fit across to big and now the fireplace looks to small for the space. I am so disappointed in this but our other fireplace broke and we are into wintertime here. I am using it but its very cheap looking and also not realistic. Highly dont recomment for aesthetics. Not sure about warmth.

It\'s really beautiful after installation
I\'m pleased with the fireplace. I really liked all the color Settings, and super liked the remote control, which was really easy to use. The heat from the surroundings is evenly distributed and on cold days it always warms the whole room and we feel very warm and comfortable.

Happy with purchase after initial disappointment
We were trying to adapt an entertainment center into a fireplace by removing the center shelves in the console. I had a very specific size to fit my electric fireplace into and after much searching, I found this unit. The price was very affordable, so we decided to try it. The unit showed up a day or two earlier than expected, so that was a plus. I took the unit out of the box and my wife and I were very happy that the fit was perfect. O.K. now to install it properly and wait..no hardware in the box ! The mounting brackets were missing. I notified the seller and after a few days of emails back and forth they shipped me the missing parts. 10 days later the fireplace is installed and looks wonderful, but the initial disappointment makes me rate 4 out of 5 stars, because the brackets were missing and because it took a few days for them to figure out what was missing (not sure what was so hard to understand, I told them the mounting brackets were missing in the original email, but it took a few emails for them to acknowledge and send the missing parts.) Like I said, looks nice and love that you can control the color and heat, very easily with the remote.

Warm and cozy
We are so glad our hard work finding this replacement heater. We did not want a new cabinet as ours is beautiful and works well in our room. It is nice and cozy in our room and we really enjoy the remote.
