First and foremost, their customer service skills are outstanding. My box came more then less appealing. I'm sure it was not how it was originally sent out but I had contacted the company and they were outstanding. Quick response and kept reassuring me, they will ensure everything works out. It did. I would absolutely do business with again and the piece is everything I was looking for. The flame does not look cheesy, and the color changing flame was an added bonus to what I was looking for. Easy to assemble and easy to use. I love the height and width. Has everything I had been wanting, finally finding the perfect piece.

Does not look like fire at all
I do not the the color of the fire. I expected it to be shades of orange and red. It’s just red. Does not look realistic at all. I have no idea about the heater part, I just hate the color and will be returning.

Really great buy
Wow! Big improvement over previous insert! I bought this insert to replace one and what an improvement! Not only is there high and low but I can actually set the thermostat, and a remote control, what a big improvement! I can change the fire image and control my heat, I love it.
