Build was pretty quick and easy especially with 2 people involved. Instructions were pretty clear and only made a couple of errors as I didn't pay attention properly. Cushions are okay, nothing firm or too soft but was hoping it was more thick.

We arrived early and were very happy with our purchase. We ordered the rustic color and it is beautiful and very durable!! The matching chain and carabiner are also beautiful and durable. Excellent value!! My husband and I installed it in about 30 minutes from start to finish.

Functionality: Very comfortable. Easy to assemble. Cheaper than buying wood and stain. Durability: Time will tell. The stain is beautiful but could use another coat of varnish to seal it. Color: Nice dark brown. Hanging: Easy to hang. We adjusted it a few times to get the height just right. Fit: The front of the seat is rounded and very comfortable.

I had a swing frame but the swing itself was broken, this swing was not hard to assemble and can hold the weight of 3 people without any problems

The swing is gorgeous! It was super easy to put together and it smelled of linseed oil right out of the box which was awesome! I bought a similar one from Tractor Supply a while ago and it came with 75% of the hardware missing. So glad I picked this one up. It took me 45 minutes to put together myself, using sawhorses was a trick.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Beautiful natural wood color, and it wasn't hard to assemble at all. I assembled it myself and even hung it myself. Thickness: It's not cheaply made, and it has survived several storms in the south.

The swing looks really nice. It's really great. My husband had a little trouble putting it together. He had to remove all the paint from the screw holes and there was a lot of swearing. And the evil Allen wrench used to tighten the screws was never our favorite. The lack of parts is definitely a plus. A 5 for the final result. A 3 for assembly, but that happens!

This 3-piece patio swing is perfect for relaxing in the backyard. The canopy provides great shade, and the removable cushions make it very comfortable. The side pockets are a nice touch for storing drinks and snacks.

The swing was fairly easy to assemble. The packaging was very nice. The wood and finish are beautiful, but the weight of the swing seems to be on the light side for its load-bearing capacity. Time will tell. Very happy with this purchase. The price was great!

Received item with many scratches, exposed wood, and some cracks in the wood. Most of these issues are cosmetic. I didn't want to stuff everything back into the box for a return because that would be too time consuming. The packaging was also large and heavy. I refinished the exposed wood with tung oil to weatherproof it, assembled it, and am now using the swing chair. It still doesn't look right. I like the functionality but am still not happy with the poor quality control. The box and shipping packaging were in mint condition. I think the quality issues were likely present before shipping. I contacted the manufacturer and sent them the costway order information. They told me there was nothing they could do and that I should contact costway. I contacted costway customer service, which is automated and menu driven. I didn't get anywhere this way and don't want to waste any more time on this. To be honest. Poor quality control and post-retail service. Very disappointing. Update 6/18/2025: After some back and forth emails with the manufacturer, they did eventually send a replacement swing chair. I really don't need two, and the original one is already assembled and in use. I plan to sell the new unassembled swing chair to offset part of the original price of the swing chair. Although I would prefer a partial refund for convenience, I am very happy with the results and have updated my rating to 4 stars accordingly. The customer service response was great. Overall, this chair is great looking and fully functional.
