A: Hello, The cushions are firm yet comfortable. They also appear to be water repellent to a certain point... splashed with sprinkler water but whipped up easily. I’m sure if they were left in a rain shower it would be a different story.

Ordered 2 sets, sent 1 back because they are really only good for kids or those who like to sit nearly on the ground. I typically check all measurements...guess I skipped seat height because, dang are these low. Also not terribly wide if you're on the husky side. Sturdy but lightweight. Easy(ish) to assemble. Definitely need to only get each bolt to catch then continually go back and tighten as you go so things line up..annoying but not difficult.

Overall I am very pleased with this purchase! I was able to put it together by myself and it fits on my small apartment patio perfectly. I will say a few of the predrilled holes don't seem to match the screws perfectly. I had to leave off one screw and there were 1or2 that I couldn't 100% tighten. But they don't seem to be affecting my chairs at all! I've sat in both chairs for several hours at a time and haven't had any issues.

They are very specific to how they line up to each other so just put them in the holes loose first and once all in, t hen TIGHTEN them all. You will need the pieces to be able to move before all screws are in. But easy for one person to assemble, solid piece, looks great. Highly recommended.
