Bigger than anticipated. My cats litter box fit in with a little tight squeeze, but she able to get in and out. I'm guessing she likes it, she hasn't really communicated that she doesn't. My son put together with my drill in about an hour or two. I had him skip the legs. Just another place for me to vacuum if it was elevated. Plus I still have to get down there to get the box. Length wise I'd say about a full size bed. Yes it is in my bedroom as I'm in an apartment now and having a litter box in my living room isn't appealing. Placed at the foot of my bed just looks like a cabinet. Width you can place a standard pillow across. And end to end would fit. Seems very sturdy (flat in the ground) but I didn't test the limits of that by dancing on it. All in all looks really good. One star as I can't say just by appearance it's perfect. I'd recommend for sure. The extra storage side is great for holding Princesa's essentials or if she even wanted to lay there.
