Ignitor doesn't work - had to light it manually. Once lit it would not stay lit. Replacing the regulator to see if that will help. If not it will be returned.

I like the size and it looks beautiful, unfortunately, the igniter does not work. We have to light it with a lighter. Once lit it does not stay lit for very long, approximately one minute, and then it goes out for some reason. We are trying to contact the manufacture and see if we can troubleshoot what is going on. Assembly took some time, but the instructions were pretty clear.

It arrived more quickly than expected and was easy to put together. It loojs great and gives off quite a bit of heat. I replaced lava rocks with some blue glass rocks, and it looks great!!

I’m impressed with the quality and performance of this for the price. It arrived a few days early and while the box showed some damage, the item was packed well and had no damage. Easy to put together and really puts out the heat. Overall a great value.

Delivered quickly! The igniter didn’t work at first. Had to blow on it to get some dust out, now it works fine. Sometiwe need to use our grill lighter to get it started, but not a big issue. Just stand back when you light it! We love it and highly retthis product.

We put this in our screened in porch. Lovely to sit out when it's not too cold and windy and toast marshmallows. A bit tricky to put together but once we figured it out we have been enjoying it.
