Ignitor doesn't work - had to light it manually. Once lit it would not stay lit. Replacing the regulator to see if that will help. If not it will be returned.

This is literally the Best Buy for our family, we couldn't sit out side till we bought this fire place. It's warming the area around just perfect. It was easy to assemble and the quality is great. Highly recommend.

Usually I will not order this one because I am more like a follower. There were no other comments before my order so I hesitated. I know it's christmas season and I did not expect to have it soon after ordering. The FEDEX handled it faster than I had expected. I am using it casually so I do not need an expensive one. And to my surprise for the money I have spent, the quality is nice and worth every penny. I will say it is well designed. It's Enough to make a cozy gazebo on chilly evenings for 8 friends. Its design is to hide the tank underneath so you do not have to worry about concealing the gas pipe. Included in the package they give plenty of lava rock which is so sweet if you think of the price. The installation is straightforward and they numbered every piece. I screwed the pieces together in 10 minutes and then set up my gas tank. PROS: safe and good heat output. Price is very budget friendly.

Unfortunately my fire pit was broken. I was going to attempt to replace the part but I was told the replacement part would take longer to get then just getting a new one.

I like the size and it looks beautiful, unfortunately, the igniter does not work. We have to light it with a lighter. Once lit it does not stay lit for very long, approximately one minute, and then it goes out for some reason. We are trying to contact the manufacture and see if we can troubleshoot what is going on. Assembly took some time, but the instructions were pretty clear.

The fire pit is as advertised. It is easy to assemble. It is light enough to be moved around (using 2 people makes it easier). The fire produces a good, steady flame.

It came on time, was easy to assemble, very sturdy, surprisingly well-built, and holds the propane tank very securely. The only complaint I have is that the igniter doesn't work for some weird reason. I can see the sparks from the igniter when I press the button but it doesn't light the gas. I have to use a bbq lighter to light it. Hence the 4 stars. Else I would give this 5 stars.

Like the the fire pit but the electronic lighter never worked ! We live in Florida and it's now getting cool enough to use it ! I paid your asking price and I expected for it to do what you said it would do so make me happy and send me a replacement starter!
