What a pain
The furniture was scheduled to arrive 7/8/25. It was over a week late and the box is severely damaged but the furniture seems ok. I don’t really know because the set arrived with no hardware to put it together. The target rep contacted Costway and they will ship the hardware but it will take 10 days per the tracking number. Way too much trouble. 10 days to ship out a bag of screws?? Unacceptable.

Damaged upon arrival
Mine was damaged upon arrival. Metal frame is cheap and flimsy, easy to bend. To make matters worse, I did not discover this until I was outside of my return window. I bought it months ago thinking it was a steal and a "one time sale", and let it sit in the box until I was ready to use it. Come to find out, it's still on "sale" at the same price

Missing hardware and the runaround!
This item was delivered without the hardware to put it together. I reached out to Target and they reached out to Costway. I haven't heard anything back. I just want the hardware but cannot get it sent. Instead they want me to rebox it, print a shipping label and then lift it several times in and out of my car to get it to the shipper. I am not able tp physically lift the item. I cannot return it unless they come pick it up. I am extremely frustrated and feel that it would be much easier to just send me the hardware. I do not recommend!

This item is not the same quality as a comparable $500+ set and the sale price of $199 is the regular price for this exact set at other online retailers. I'm disappointed to see these tactics used by Target. Pretending something is marked down by this amount is not an ethical way to do business. People deserve to know what they are buying so they can make the best decision possible.
