Q: Does the inside of the bag have a board or cardboard, to help keep it sturdy in the bottom of the bag, to prevent it going through the frame? Also does it have a pull string to help keep items inside?

The cart is roomy and really nice. My only concern is that the handle seems a bit weak. When the cart is full, I feel like I have to be very careful moving the cart because the handle feels like it could give way.
