A Waste of time, energy and money. I’m so disappointed that Target allows distributors to sell such poor quality merchandise, that uses cheap plastic, and constructed aluminum. The only good thing about this crappy made product is the canvas, which is sturdy. The wheels, the handle, and the support bar (thin aluminum), are inferior quality and constructed. Oh My God, Target, don’t you conduct quality check or inspection of merchandise prior to allow vendors to sell inferior products on your web-site? I have purchased carriers prior to this which lasted for several years that I purchased from Target, but this has ruined my respect for customers’ satisfaction and appreciation. Definitely would Not Recommend.
