Chair reclining mechanism broke about 6 months after buying. Contacted Costway who directed me to Target for resolution. Since it’s past the return window nothing can be done. Now I have a $225 broken chair. I even asked about getting a repair part and had zero response. I would never buy another Costway product. No warranty and poor customer service.
